Prints great, parts fit together snugly. Printed in Bambi PAHT-CF so when I need to dry out the dry beads all I need to do is pop the pods into the oven at 300F.
I've printed fine with 0.4mm through the AMS... Although not officially recommended.
I can see how/why; as I have had even recommended PLA break off in the bowden jungle before.
Printed Great! Reprinting the center container because I need the 30 degree offset.
Does anyone know how many pounds/ size of container of Desiccant are needed to fill these?
Fits perfectly. nice design. Unfortunately, the notches for the hygrometer do not fit. As a result, the display is tilted. But that's not a big deal. Function and Design Top.
Now perfect with the version rotated by 30 degrees. Thanks for the great file.
These are fantastic, the fit is perfect. I had a small issue with the slats, some of them got a little wiggly during printing and resulted in a bit of jaggedness - I think this is an issue with my printer calibration and not a problem with the model, though.
I also had the overhang on the hygrometer insert fail, but this could also just be an issue with my printer.
Glad to know that it wasn't just me that had the problem, thank you for confirming! The creator probably should have specified supports were required or included them in the default print profile.
Im about to print it and looking at the slicer preview I already suspected the way this was supposed to print would fail, thx for confirming my suspicion that I need supports

Here's the one I got. You have to make sure you're printing the correct center part also. There are two middle parts made for two different angled hydrometers. I believe you find the other angle part by opening file in bambu studio. The other part will be on a plate by itself.
Finde es praktisch das alles für den AMS auf einer Druckplatte zu finden ist. Die gerade Form der hinteren kleinen Boxen macht ein drucken ohne Stützstruktur möglich.
I find it practical that everything for the AMS can be found on one printing plate. The straight shape of the small rear boxes makes it possible to print without a support structure.
Yes it works, I think the humidity level is a little biased because the sensors are on the silica side. So this level is the same leaving everything outside the AMS
I was thinking the same since that hygrometer seems to bottom out at 10%. So emptied that centre holder and clipped out the back so it's now effectively just a matching hygrometer holder. Yes I'm not down to "only" two skinny ones + two big ones + the stock tray locations.. but that's still a hugely increased mass of desiccant.
Now it's now showing about 15% humidity but I have seen it lower when the AMS has been left untouched for a longer period. So while, yes, I think it's bias, it's still likely to serve a purpose.
For reference, my room is currently at about 65% humidity and my large filament storage box is about 35% with far less disiccant so I think this amount in such a small space is overkill at it's very best!
