FilTub V2 - cutter for filament and PTFE up to 8mm

• update - I added a closed hole version similar as in V1 version. If you want a safer version, use second print profile :)

FilTub V2 is fast a solution for cutting ends of filaments and PTFE tubes up to 8mm. 

Only 1hrs of printing time with no support needed.

It is not kid safe like V1 model, but it allows you to cut ptfe or filaments directly without finding the ends.

It's also using blade from Breakaway blades so you do not need to order, or use the small cutting blade from X1 or P1 printer.

It is all 3D printed from PLA (Spring is much better print from PETG, but for testing PLA works - it relax very easy).

Only needed hardware is a blade from Breakaway blades.

Its designed to print all with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height with standard settings. The only exception is for 2 parts with teeth. There is recommended to use 3 perimeters for teeth strength. Or you can use my print profile where is all correct settings.

It is recommended print the blade holder as it is on the picture (and in my print profile), otherwise the hole for the blade may be not fit the blade.

Be VERY careful and use some good pliers when you put blade into the holder so you wont hurt. Its super sharp.

Put the spring and cutter holder to the gap so the cutter holder is at right side.

Put the top body part in the middle of lower body to the slide grow and slide it to the right side. There is a very small tolerance. All is printed on P1S with original Bambu PLA and it required a bit force to move it to the groves.

After sliding the body, install the handle in the angle that is on the picture and insert the pin. The pin need a bit force, so after a short insert you can flip the tool around a push on the body down.
