Description
This diameter gauge is particularly useful for measuring conical and uneven objects. It is also helpful for assessing the precise fit of an object within a holder or similar structure. Additionally, this tool can be used to fine tune the X-Y hole compensation. The print profile includes sizes ranging from 10mm to 100mm in 1mm increments, with additional sizes up to 200mm available as STL files. Note that the value displayed on the gauge is the diameter, not the radius. To find the radius, simply divide the diameter by 2.
Printing
The print profile is designed for a two-color layer-based print, though it can also be printed in a single color. Ensure you clean the print bed between prints and enable bed leveling to prevent defects. I printed the entire set without cleaning and leveling on an unenclosed P1P with an open windows right beside it, so in general, it is not a challenging print but to avoid frustration you should follow these basic steps.
