Greetings, fellow 3D printing enthusiasts! After reproducing numerous spool winders available online, I present to you the ultimate device (inspired by LTS Design's winder)! All previously encountered spool winders share a common flaw: they are noisy, excessively wobbly, and the winding quality is subpar. I dedicated weeks to resolving these issues. The printed components now exhibit exceptional precision, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing noise. An integrated switch automatically halts the motor upon filament depletion. The upper filament spool's rotational speed is regulated via a contactless magnetic field, eliminating the friction-based systems of other winders, which contribute to increased wear and noise. Hello dear 3D printing enthusiasts,

After replicating several spool winders available online, I have now created the ultimate device for you (inspired by the spool winder from "LTS Design")! All the spool winders I found have ONE thing in common: they are LOUD, totally WOBBLY, and the winding is so-so. I spent weeks tinkering to solve this problem, and now the printed parts have very high accuracy to ensure smooth operation and minimize noise.

A switch is installed to automatically stop the motor as soon as the filament runs out. I regulate the running speed of the upper filament spool via a contactless magnetic field. Other spool winders use the principle of friction, which leads to increased wear and, again, increased noise levels.
