Modular Drawer Handle

Update: a new handle holder has been added

If a handle is broken it is sometimes hard to find the right handle with the right hole spacing.

This is a collection of different sizes of drawer handles. Very simple to print. Choose the right handle holder (with or without thread insert) and the length of the handlebar you like.

After choosing the size of the handlebar you can still slide the handle holder closer together or further apart.

The friction of both parts (handlebar and handleholder) is tight so the handle should stay in place.

If you have problems with loose friction and dont want to print again, a little bit of glue can help.

I made the handleholder in a longer 35mm ander a shorter 30mm version. Both are available in a thread insert (4mm hole for 3M inserts) and a normal version for just screwing in (3mm hole).

I printed all parts with a 0,6 nozzle but 0,4 works also. I used 3 perimeter and 30% infill. But you can choose what you want. Everything would work.

All parts are made of PLA but PETG, ABS or whatever you like is good.

P.S. first print the 30mm handle and one bar and check the friction. Every printer is different.
