Description
I designed the device to make the indoor biltong cooking easier.
You just need
- a computer fan 120x120mm;
- a power supply 12VDC;
- 6x24mm dowel pins - 4pcs;
- bamboo sticks - 4 pcs;
most likely a few of cable ties and aluminum foil.
Find a receipt you like on YouTube and in 4 to 6 days enjoy your meal.
