Description
An all sky camera casing i designed in Bambu slicer for the raspberry pi 5. Print in a UV resistant material such as ASA This enables you to take long exposure photography of the night sky using thomas jacquins free all sky software. I believe this would also house a raspberry pi 4 but i haven't tested this. I plan to add a dew tempreture controlled dew heater to this eventually. Please feel free to share but give credit.
Hardware needed:
- Raspberry Pi 5.
- R Pi HQ camera.
- Waveshare POE hat F.
- 4x M5 bolts for lid.
- 4x M5 threaded heat pressed inserts for casing.
- 8x M3 screws for R Pi mount and HQ camera
- 8x M3 heat pressed threaded inserts for R Pi 5 and HQ camera mounting.
- 80mm camera dome.
- wide angle lens for HQ camera.
- Sealant for camera lid, plastic dome and heads of screws.
