Massage / Trigger

Hi guys,

I designed a massage-tool / trigger for post-sports.

I printed the tool seven times in a row as I was never completely satisfied with the build plate contacts. You may need to post process / sand the lower spheres a bit. I'm still working on the perfect profile - so feel free to add yours :) This project is focussing on perfect supports.

(currently I'm trying to learn something completely new with each new project. So I created this model as supports are very challenging on that different spheres!)

..and in advance >> as I know most of the people do not read this → YEAH - just gimme all your bad votes because you are wondering not getting a perfect round sphere :P ;)

Here you see the last four prototypes where the most current one is on the right:

• the orange one was ABS with three-supports.. a nightmare but a very good print!
• the second one was with usual supports and PLA → ways better
• the third one used another support-layer surface
• the last one is almost perfect (2h print profile with fixed height)
• another one is printing right now (another try with ABS) → 3h print profile with variable layer height
