Introducing a custom modular spool holder designed for optimal desk or shelf storage of your filament spools. This holder consists of two main body pieces and two small cylinders to unite them, providing a robust yet efficient solution. With the ability to expand by printing additional joints and pins, you can easily link multiple racks together, creating a cohesive and organized filament storage system. After extensive testing and refinement, this design ensures maximum strength while using the least amount of material possible. All models were printed in PLA for durability and ease of use.
- Dimensions:
- One rack/spool === 17.84 cm (7.02") x 48.50 cm (19.09") x 82.72 cm (32.56")
- Material: PLA on pictures but prints with PETG too
- Components: Two main body pieces, two small cylinders, additional joints, and pins for linking
- Features: Modular design, expandable, space-efficient, optimized for material efficiency
- Assembly: Simple assembly with printed joints and pins
- Print Time:
- One rack/spool === 2.5h to 3.5h
- Two racks/spools === 5h to 6h
- Infill: 20% but can also do 10%
