I was in need of some end caps for my boottrailer which had 30x30 profile's and looked at the interwebs to discover that the shipping costs were much more than i could print them for in TPU . I only needed a design to print, so there came fusion again to the rescue.

I have designed the end cap for different profiles 30x30x2 , 40x40x3 , 50x50x3 and lastly 60x60x3.

They should fit nice and tight like mine did for my own trailer .

for the 30mm model it takes about 1 hour to print in normal TPU and 9 grammes of filament.

the 40 mm 1 hour and 45 mins and 16,6 grammes

the 50 mm 2 hours and 42 mins and 27 grammes

the 60mm 3 hours and 24 mins and 35 grammes

Of course if you use high speed tpu it would be faster…
