Description

I needed a way to mount Multiboard Tiles onto an existing pegboard system on my workbench. I used the remix file of the Pegboard Click part to create mounts with the addition of a Snap Part A. These will still integrate with the related part B to create a secure mount of the tile.

This profile has 5 plates. Plates 1-4 will contain one model each of the main parts:

  1. Single Snap - Used for Corner parts of the tile
  2. Double Vertical Snap - Used for connecting two tiles at the outer sections
  3. Double Horizontal Snap - Used for connecting two tiles in the upper and lower sections
  4. Quad Snap - Used for connecting four tiles together.

Plate 5 will have all four parts together if you want to test them for your environment.

I use these on the Yukon Workbench with Drawers from Harbor Freight: https://www.harborfreight.com/48-in-workbench-with-light-58695.html The bench can support a Multiboard size of 5 wide and 2 tall of 9x9 tiles. I also want to note that my workbench was off at column 16 by about 1/4th of an inch. This cause a small gap between tiles 2 and 3. Double check your pegboard as you may need to move the mounts to accommodate any errors in manufacturing.
