I wanted to monitor the temperature inside my garden beds, which have small greenhouses on top. I prefer using zigbee converted LYWSD03MMC sensors around the house because they are reliable and have a built-in screen that allows me to check the temperature without needing an app.
Mounting the sensors on the glass walls could skew the temperature readings, and I couldn't find a suitable holder to place them in the ground. So, I decided to create one myself.
If you'd like to print one, keep in mind that these sensors aren't designed for outdoor use and aren't waterproof. However, I've used similar sensors outdoors for years without any issues. I guess that it won't be an issue but do it at your own risk.
