Description

Print your rocket. Requires some materials you can get on a hobby store. Some parts are subject to change due ongoing testing.

Assembly

Cut a piece of the 1-2mm elastic and 1.3-1.5mm keblar thread
Attach the keblar thread to the ring, pass it thru inside the side of the rocket body
Pull it from the front

Tie the elastic to the keblar

Attach the elastic to the tip

Prepare the parachute. I am using a plastic bag, distance between the points passing thru the center is 40 cm.
I added some sticker rings (check the RAW files for the SVG to cut your own). Cut 3 thin threads as shown

Attach the threads so the parachute takes form

Tie it to the tip. Pass all the 3 thread loops thru 2 holes, and then pass the whole plastic bag thru those loops, this way makes it easy to replace damaged parachutes

You need some flame resistant material to fill the inside

The second stage will push the filler with the tip and parachute. Now you can place the parachute inside and the tip at the end

You need rocket engines from your hobby store. Try A6-4 as a starting point. B4-4 and C5-7 are also ok.
The engine goes as shown. Put the wings
Use the lock to keep everything in place
Rocket is ready now. The wings have a hole for a metalic guide (or launch pad) you need to use. For ignition I am using this remote
