Some of these silicone cushion pads fell off my friend's roof rack, so I printed a few replacement ones. I'd recommend gluing all of them in place (probably using some kind of silicone-based adhesive), as they tend to fall off pretty easily. I included a dovetail groove in the model for this purpose.

Printing Instructions

The provided bambu studio print profile (.3mf) already has all the right settings. Generally, a default preset for a 0.2mm layer height with 3 perimeters will work just fine.

You should print this from some kind of flex material like TPU. Keep in mind that it's going to be squished right against the roof of your car, so it has to be able to withstand extreme positive and negative temperatures. I printed mine with Fillamentum Flexfill TPU 92A.
