Well hello there!
Preface:
Soooooo… I just got my LiveWire S2 Del Mar, and proceeded to break his throttle tube on my first day trying to swap out the grips. Word of the wise, just don't try modding the stock grips. The rubber is formed onto them, making it a real pain to remove, and after all that it's extremely difficult trying to get 7/8" grips over them. So in the process of trying to get the throttle grip over the tube it broke. So after not being able to find a replacement for just the tube I decided to make my own. it fits flawless and is pretty strong.
I would highly recommend printing this thing in ABS+ or ASA because its only 3mm thick in the tube and PETG has a tendency to crack at the layer lines. We all know PLA loves to bend out of shape in the heat of the sun so it really only leaves ABS/+ and ASA.
This throttle tube should fit all newer Harley Sportsters, and Panamerica's as well since they use the same throttle.
