Description

I designed these last year for other things but thought I'd make some caps so I can identify which WAGOs are in them with dots representing the 2,3 and 5 WAGOs. They are 50mm, 100mm and 150mm tall with the caps on and the containers are 40mm in diameter

I also added in the files a plain cap and caps with just WAGO on them. I have also got 3 types of wall mount holders (see my page or the link below)

I've made profiles for PLA or PETG. I wouldn't print anything bigger than 0.2 on the threads. Also it would be best to print in at least PETG incase you drop them. The ones I designed over a year ago in PETG are still great after being dropped at work a ton of times.

Check out my other case WAGO accessories

Glad you liked them. How did the threads turn out? I've printed a heap with different layer thickness and filament type and they were all great but thats only on one machine.

They also turned out perfect with your profile. Running smooth and "feeling" solid. Printed with extruder PETG black, the orange is BambuLab PETG.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this profile. I have printed at least 20 of the containers and all of them work great everytime. If you haven't calibrated your filament etc this could cause a issue or even your filament. You are the first person from 435+ dowloads that have mentioned an issue. It could be something thing simple on your printer. One thing about 3D printing is its not perfect on every printer, even the same model of printer. Also evey printer unless calibrated will have slight different tolerances. You should test your printer with a tolerance test model. Try this one https://makerworld.com/en/models/107896#profileId-115190. EVERY printer I have owned I run a test like this to see if I need to calibrate it or not. If you can't move the 0.15 then the threads may not work.

i don’t thinking’s a calibration issue. in the picture you can see I can move them up to 0.10 perhaps the second picture shows what I mean. at the bottom the strings separate from the side of the cap. that happens also during the whole thread

Thanks for the photo it helps. Try dropping the layer height to 0.16 or lower to get more detail on the treads. For the cylinder you can adjust the the layer height for the threads only and leave the cylinder part at 0.2 or more.

If you are talking about the slight change in colour due to the change in flow and speed that will all depend on your filament type, brand and colour. I only print with PETG-CF when printing things I want to look nice as the speed and flow have no affect on the surface finish.
