You can use any layerheight, just know that it will not display the text well. Infill i recomand 5% because it wont matter really. Printed with 2 wall loops and grid infill

0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 5% infill

This my first model being uploaded. This should help you design stuff by displaying thickness in realtime. Note : i made this with cm in fusion360 so please if you are slicing the model yourself USE 10% SCALE!
