Description

This is a toy Spoon for Children to play with.

Following the release of Toy Slotted Spoon, there was a massive outcry from the public for an identical Toy Spoon, but with the slots removed. I pointed out, quite correctly, that removing the slots would only leave a larger hole in a spoon that was already terrible at holding liquids. To this, the mob responded by insisting that the area which had previously contained the slots of the Slotted Spoon be filled with a surface more similar to that found on a regular spoon. Why these people could not be happy with Spoon v4, which already exists, is a mystery, but let it not be said that I am inflexible.

Thus, I present the Toy Slottless Slotted Spoon (now without slots).

As the name suggests, this slotted spoon has no slots, but rather a clean, uninterrupted surface. Although this renders the utensil unsuitable for tasks usually performed by a Slotted Spoon, whatever those may be, it does have the benefit of allowing the spoon to hold soup, the true purpose of any spoon.

Being similar to its slotted cousin, there was a real concern that the Slottless Slotted Spoon may inadvertently be confused for its predecessor or vice versa. Wanting to avoid you, or your child, suffering the embarrassment of using the wrong spoon to create imaginary meals, I have inscribed the name of the Slottless Slotted Spoon on the handle of the utensil.

When enjoying the Toy Slottless Slotted Spoon, please try and remember that it is, in fact, a toy, and should not be used for the preparation or consumption of real food. When not enjoying the Toy Slottless Slotted Spoon, please try to keep it away from the Spatula.
