A blade replacement set for your Lasko box fan. Based on AuroraTechChannel's Lasko fan blade tutorial in Fusion 360. Redesigned in TinkerCAD.
All files are interchangeable in that each part will fit in place of one another, e.g. a Quadra-Hub in place of a Penta-Hub. Be aware that this will affect the performance and can cause issues. If you do this, you will do this at your own risk.
Lasko box fans of modern-day have two blade types: standard angle and premium angle. The standard angle spins at a faster RPM and is meant for the lower-power Lasko box fans. It is a weaker blade set that does not have as good a performance as the premium angle blade, which has a better blade set that spins at a slower RPM and blows more air. The premium angle blade is fitted onto a higher-power motor than the standard angle blade, which is fitted on the lower-power motor.
This blade is compatible with Wind Machine and Cyclone models from 2003 onward. Use the Premium Blade Set in conjunction with the Penta-Hub. (The blade set on the premium box fan versus the Wind Machine / Cyclone fan is basically the same with less than 10% less angle than the premium blade)
The Premium Blade Set shall be used in conjunction with the Penta-Hub for the following models:
3720, 3721, 3723, 3743, B20500, B20540, B20548, B20570, B20573, B20801, FF305
The Standard Blade Set shall be used in conjunction with the Penta-Hub for the following models:
3733, 4733, 3733DBL, B20200, B20201, B20301, B20302, B20303, B20304, B20305, B20306, B20307, B20308, B20309, B20310, B20401, B20610
The Recall Blade Set shall be used for Lasko Weather-Shield or Lasko Premium box fans or the Lasko 3733 or Galaxy 4733. If you have a recalled unit, congratulations, these units are difficult to come across. Take care of your unit and use the blade at your own risk.
The Standard Blade Set had not existed during the recall.
The blade shall not be used on fans manufactured pre-1999. The motor shaft size is incompatible with the hub shaft size. The blade cannot be used to replace a D-shaped fan blade (applicable to US only; Canadian models used a D-shaped fan blade during the box fan recall, but it still applies to units before the recall)
Why shouldn't I put the standard blade on a premium motor?
If an attempt is made to install a standard blade set onto a premium motor, the fan blade will spin at a ridiculously fast speed and will be louder than normal. Why shouldn't I put the premium blade on a standard motor?
If an attempt is made to install a premium blade set onto a standard motor, the fan blade will spin very slowly, and eventually, the motor will overheat and no longer work.
SPH and sccpsteve is not responsible for injuries or damage to property. The user shall use the 3D model at their own risk despite the fact that SPH has tested each 3D model with the standard and premium box fans.

Notes:
If you are printing a fan blade(s), it is recommended that you print at a 50% slower speed than normal to avoid stringing and failed prints due to a significant amount of blade movement near end of printing.
If you are printing a Quadra-Hub or Penta-Hub, you may print at any speed up to 166%.
