Printing Recommendations: Use PLA filament with a layer height of 0.2 mm, no additional supports are needed, 15% infill, and 2 perimeters.
You can also evaluate your printer's ability to handle bridging using this model.

Tip: This project is great for (children's) birthday parties. Each child or guest can customize their own model, making it a fun activity!
Here’s a brief guide to post-processing the model to make the lion look lifelike.
Step 1: Print the model at any desired scale (various STL files are available).
Step 2: Carefully remove the sacrificial wall attached to the hair using sharp scissors (avoid using a knife as it may damage the hair), cutting as close to the wall as possible. It may be easier to remove the wall in sections.
Step 3: Use a hairdryer or heat gun to soften and style the hair. Finished! Tip from IXPatch (comments): “If you have difficulty styling the mane, try immersing the lion upside down in hot water, then remove it, wait a moment (to avoid burns), and press the hair down.”
