The big wide mouth bottles don't fit in our ice dispenser, and I got tired of spilling ice on the floor while trying to dump it into the bottle. Also, the constant inundation from poltergeists unhappy with my choice of ice-shoveling implements was getting out of hand. So I designed this scoop to be easy to print and durable, capable of scooping a good bit of ice at once, and fit inside the opening of HydroFlask and Wide Mouth bottles to prevent spills—and most importantly, avoiding the unnecessary agitation of disgruntled spirits taking their unfinished business out on my transfer of ice.
This model can print in about 1.5 hours in PETG and requires no supports. It would probably do fine in PLA, also, though cannot say how the ghosts would feel about that.
In my provided profile, the model is scaled up to 109% so that it fits comfortably into the opening of the bottle. If you have a slightly smaller bottle opening, you can print the model at 100%.
