Description

This wrench is designed to fit the knobs on the Ridgid Benchtop Belt/Spindle Sander. One end is designed to fit the knob as it came from the factory. The other end is sized to fit the knob if the rubber cover is missing, removed due to damage, or was torn off in a fit of frustration so you could get a set of channel-locks to grip it. As you can see from the pics, I have one of each. All of the others I found only fit if the rubber cover is still intact.

Final print was printed with .6 nozzle using the .3mm Strength profile, 50% crosshatch infill, arachne walls. Printed with PolyMaker PolyLite PLA Pro Metallic Chrome. Strength-wise, it's pretty much overkill, except that it will live in my insanely hot garage much of the time.

The yellow print is the prototype, printed with .6 nozzle, .36mm Draft profile, crosshatch infill. Printed with PolyTerra matte PLA. Honestly, that works perfectly fine, despite the low infill, thin walls, and weak matte filament.
