Description

3 types of bag clips, each about 3 centimeters long:

  • Regular (1.5 mm width). If printed in PETG, this will suffice for most use cases. In PLA it's a bit too weak for my liking.
  • Sturdy (2 mm width). Stronger clip which can be used when Regular just doesn't cut it. Recommended if you don't know what to pick.
  • Strong (3 mm width). Overkill for all use cases I can think of in my house, but perhaps you can find some ;) Note that for the highest strength, you need to set “wall loops” to 4 instead of the default 2. See the screenshot below:

If you don't know which one you want, I recommend you print the test sample plate, which contains each of one. Supports, or brim, are not needed and only 5 grams of filament is needed for all 3 clips in the test sample.

I have printed these in PLA and PETG. PETG is preferred, since it retains it's shape better over time, but PLA works as well.

Note that the gap between the 2 halves of the clips is 0.1mm. All prints on my Bambulab A1 were perfect with 0.4mm nozzle, with 0.28mm layer height on “extra draft” setting, but this does depend on your printer.

4 plates have been prepared for you:

  • the test sample plate mentioned above
  • a plate with 15 regular bag clips
  • a plate with 15 sturdy bag clips
  • a plate with 15 strong bag clips

Let me know if you like it or if you have any other feedback!
