Description

STL file Whiskey Bottle Holder 🍾 ・3D printer design to download・Cults (cults3d.com)

This is a model I designed for a friend for going to whiskey tastings where samples can be saved in small bottles. The holder has space for six 2oz bottles, a small funnel, and a grease pencil for labeling the bottles Amazon Affiliate Link

This design utilizes
six M3 x 5mm x4mm heatset inserts Amazon Affiliate Link
six M3 x 8mm bolts (socket or button head both work). Amazon Affiliate Link

I have included but not printed/tested a version which does not use heatset inserts but instead threads into the plastic. This would require six M3 x 8-12mm bolts (depending on how far into the part you want the fastener to go. Printer tolerances will be important here as too loose and the bolt won't hold, too tight and it will split the part along the layer lines. I would strongly suggest printing a smaller test piece with just the holes to test your tolerances before committing to the entire part if using this.

If using the new alpha of prusa slicer you can add text to the part as well to personalize.

If you need this part printed you can try Craftcloud3d or try one of the Etsy 3D Printing Services. I have not used any of these services and the pricing seems to fall between $50-80 depending on materials and seller. I'm including a technical drawing as well so you can have the rough dimensions if you are discussing with a printing service prior to purchase of the file.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

0.2mm layer height
3 perimeters/walls
20% supportive cubic infill
Slightly higher print temperature than standard for stronger layer adhesion.
No supports needed, total material is between 250-300g

The parts in the images were printed in Keene Village Plastics and Fusion Filaments ABS on a Voron 2.4. PLA/PETG/ABS/Nylon should all suffice for these parts. If using warp prone materials consider that this is a very large and flat part and will want to peel off the build plate. If layer adhesion is not perfect the large flat layers can peel apart as well with certain materials.
