4L米桶密封套件
买了6个4L和5L米桶,发现5L米桶有严重的质量问题,久了会漏气,所以重新开发了这套4L密封套件,经过几次打印验证修改尺寸,现在已经可以完美契合4L米桶内部尺寸,自带堵头,打印的时候直接插特氟龙管,打印结束插上堵头(这个堵头也可以用于别的作者发布的PC4-M10气动管密封套件).
零件1 2 3用tpu软质材料打印,零件4 5用pla petg之类的硬质材料打印,额外购买四颗608Z轴承,2厘米长度特佛龙管(φ4),米桶活动盖上开孔,装入零件1和2,涂点乐泰416或者卡夫特万用胶之类的胶水密封下,零件5装上轴承,和零件4配合好,直接放入米桶底部,底座零件4不加盖是为了方便观察防潮颗粒变色情况.
