I present you a triglide for 20mm straps, for example on backpacks.

My backpack only had some bad flimsy rubber thing and drove me mad so I designed a tri-glide for it. The first one fell apart so I made it “indestructible”.

If you need a different size please comment, my design on Onshape is parametric, as long as you give me mm.

Features:

• 5mm thickness, doesn't bend
• 30x31mm outer dimensions
• 21x5mm strap holes for 20x1,2mm straps
• parametric design (let me know for changes)

Print settings:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• PETG (dont use PLA, especially black one when worn outdoors in the sun)
• 0.2mm layer height
• 4 wall loops
• 5 bottom shell layers
• 15% infill
• adaptive cubic infill
