Landing pad for your helicopter toy!

Original design for the 2024 Christmas Community Print Drive.

My daughter designed this “Helipad Disk” for the 2024 Print Drive. She figured out the design and did the modeling, slicing, and printing!

Designed for two-color printing with a filament swap, it also looks good printed as single extrusion with a fun filament. Or, if you have a multi-color setup, use the slicer to set it up for three colors.

Additional Information and Print Settings

“Helipad Disk” is 60 x 60 x 3 mm. We printed with 0.25 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 4 top and bottom layers, and 15% rectilinear infill. Filament swap after height 2.25 mm (three layers of top color).

No supports. No raft.
