“  ….. You don't need what you have …..”

What ist it:

I love the V spooler. I've probably already rewound a few 10KG of filament with it. Until now it was only 1 kg coils. Now I'm faced with the task of rewinding 2, 3 or even 5 kg.So I created an upgrade that makes it possible to unwind spools up to a diameter of 350mm and a height of 168mm.

This is a conversion kit to convert the original V-Spooler.

This makes it possible to unwind 5 kg or rolls with a diameter of up to 350mm and a height of 168mm

What do I need for the conversion:

• 8x M3x25mm cylinder screw
• Various Ruthex M3 threaded sleeves are required. Some of them can be reused from the removed original V-Spooler parts.
• 4x608 bearings 8x22x7mm can be used for the wheels from the original wheels.
• 2x608 bearings 8x22x7mm for the filament guide roller. I used two printed ones because the filament guide roll doesn't require such an important bearing.
