Print Instructions

BEFORE PRINTING!: the 3mf file provided is for PLA. I have not tested printing this in PETG or ABS yet. The underside is quite tricky to get right so just FYI.

I have two types of models. Split models & Non Split Models:

1. Split Models: The “top tray” is separated into 2 parts for smooth printing results and less support material.  Assembly: The models have a tongue and groove detail to snap fit the top tray and top tray walls together. You can use super glue to hold them together but I haven't needed it. Use the print settings in the Bambu .3mf file. I have designed custom supports for these models for a smoother support side surface. IF PRINTING WITH PLA - PLEASE USE MY SETTINGS. You may need to tweak nozzle and bed temp settings to get the best results for the underside if using other printer or different filament. I used Bambu PLA for my models. Make sure the filament is dry.
2. Non Split Model: For those who want to print the “top tray” as one part using PVA I have provided the un-split model and 3mf. (See RAW File downloads)  I have NOT tested this yet and have NOT had good result with top surface quality printing the tray upside down with any other material. Just a warning.
