Fully 3D printable juggling clubs. Current Maker file is set up to be printed in PETG. Infill is set to achieve final assembled club weight of ~240 grams each. “Standard” store bought clubs are supposed to be ~230-250 grams for outdoor use.
Maker file is also set up for color bands on the main body portions. AMS required/recommended if you want to do bands, or you can manually color swap. Otherwise change the print setting to remove the color change heights and make them a solid color.
The pieces need to be glued together. I had good luck using Gorilla super glue Gel. You NEED to glue both the cylindrical portions as well as the faces between each pieces to make sure they're strong enough.
Main plug between the grip and the body must have fairly high infill to be strong enough to not shatter when it is dropped. 55% gyroid infill worked great for me.
