Description

This project was born from the need to find a simpler and more accessible system to ventilate the Bambu p-series and x-series printers.

Using the printer with many different materials including ABS, ASA, PA (and others), I also wanted to add side-rear slots to install air filters and so reduce some vapors from materials used.

Assembly is very simple and intuitive.
The print requires some support and gentle handling is recommended to remove it.

The profile used in the attached project for the bambulab studio has been optimized to allow simple removal of the supports and at the same time maintain the good tolerance and robustness of the structure (In the photos you can notice defects on the filter slots because I forgot to activate the supports..Lol)
Access to filters and moving parts is also simple. If you do not need the filters, two blocks have been included in the project to close the passage, or you can leave them empty allowing additional ventilation.

EDIT : I am currently working on a second modular tray with this one which will include 2 drawers and 2 internal compartments.

EDIT: The second floor is now published!!! find it here : Top Glass Riser 2nd Floor with Drawers

Happy printing!!
