in 2015 I took a trip to Amsterdam with my wife, and like any good coffee-sick Italian we stopped for an espresso at Al Ponte coffee shop (alponte.nl) and took a picture of this curious sign; back home, I processed the image by adjusting colors, perspective, flaws, and hung it up at home. I do not know its origin or creator, but I discovered that over the years it has spread around the world.
Today more than yesterday this sign takes on a profound and topical meaning. as a coffee lover I can only recommend its meaning, and yes, also that of learning to drink good coffees! ;-)
