Based on publicly available Kyokushin Kanji SVG from Wikicommons (availalbe from Kyokushin - Wikipedia)

The SVG was modified using Inkscape to create kanji-shaped broder around the lettering and then used MakerLab's keychain generator for final hook.

I've printed this using 0.4mm nozzle but I'd recommend (and so does Bambu's Maker Lab) to use 0.2 if you want the best results

The keychain has following dimmensions:
67.15mm (2 5/8ths inch) tall

25.4mm (1") wide

2.14mm (1/12th of an inch) thick

Hole diameter: 3.74mm (3/20th of an inch)
