Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Highly customizable openSCAD script to create 3D printed deep groove ball bearings where the only required hardware is a set of bearing balls. Customize the design to your requirements and generate a ready-to-print STL file. Simple assembly that can be completed in just 5 minutes.

Designed to match the profile of common deep groove bearing sizes
Lightweight design with up to 4x weight reduction compared to steel bearings

Print Settings

The example print profile contains my preferred settings for functional prints and makes use of randomized scarf seams to minimize seams on printed surfaces.
