This consists of two parts. One part replaces the actual cover, and the second is the pattern which can be glued on to the blank plate. Simply print the cover and then print the Hue forge plant cover and glue it on top.

To slice the plant cover use these colors and layer heights in which to change the color:

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA Black Transmission Distance: 0.5
PLA Army Green Transmission Distance: 2
PLA Green Transmission Distance: 6
PLA  Yellow Transmission Distance: 6

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Army Green
At layer #11 (0.96mm) swap to Green
At layer #19 (1.6mm) swap to Yellow for the rest.

It can be printed with a 0.4 nozzle and standard color filaments, you do not need to buy specific brands as long as it is the right color. It works best with PLA, but you could probably use different types of filament as well.

If you're going to post models for light switch plates, please include a warning to use specific flame rated materials for the print. The items are made of a certain type of plastic that won't immediately catch fire in the event of an electrical problem. If PLA is used like you suggest, it'll immediately begin to burn in that failure case and be more likely to cause a house fire. That's why it's part of building code. Please be responsible when it comes to safety like this.

@amp1276 I'm aware of how electricity works, thank you. I spent a few years assembling commercial electrical panels and prepping them for installation. Two of my uncles are contractors and my best friend is an electrical engineer. If I have provided any incorrect information, I would appreciate any constructive criticism.

Thanks for the heads up I did not realize that the standard plates were made of flame resistant material. I will update the description accordingly and recommend the usage of Prusament PETG V0.

You changed your comment. Previously it stated that it would cause a fire, and that isn't how electricity works.
