Description

KEYBOARD OR TABLET STAND

Decided to design a keyboard stand, a few iterations later this is the result.

I can now raise my keyboard of the desk and adjust the angle to suit. Its stable enough to type on and looks pretty good too.

Comes in four parts and easily goes together.

1st July 2024 - added Retainer with edge to hold tablet more securely.

This printed great on my A1 Mini -- I had to shrink to 80%. At the smaller size the bar to hold the device also got smaller. I might want to extend this bar and maybe add a small lip to hold the device more securely. I added a small binder clip to hold the device. Great design. Love it!

Just added a retainer more suitable for use as a Tablet stand, I made it with a bit more depth so if you scale it for your A1 it should work out ok, depending how thick your tablet is.

Chose this functional print as my first ever print, (aside from a couple Benchmark Tugboats..lol) and I’m about to start the second plate in all Black Basic PLA. I’m so stoked for all the things I’m going to print! Thank you for the design 💯

printed beautiful but the threads on the bolt don’t fit the threads of the base i don’t know what I might have done to cause that

It can take a bit of fiddling but the bolt does fit. Give it few more tries, if it doesn't work you could try printing the bolt at 99% scale if it’s too big. Let me know how you get on

just had same issue I thought. I had to put a lot of pressure on the bolt as I was attempting to screw it in and finally got it
