The coin is cool. No doubt about that. The push button to join the two halves is super tight and nearly impossible to get to function as intended. I ended up just gluing the two halves without it which works just fine. There needs to be multiple layers of the raised portions in the secondary color as it is so thin that is still opaque and not completely solid in color as seen in pictures.

Thanks for the download! I do notice yours came out a little more sparse than mine.. did you print on .16 layer height? there should be a good 3 or 4 layers of the secondary color. If you use the variable layer height function it should provide more detail to the top few layers for you. Let me know how it goes

Also about the centering disc, it is automatically generated by orca when you perform a cut with dowel connectors. It wouldn't let me edit the size by itself, and when importing semi-complex models, manually using negative parts to create the desired effect doesn't seem to be allowed due to the imports having self-intersecting issues. I tried to get around it but best solution is to print a 98% or so sized disc seperately at 1.25mm height.
