To assembly your shutter fidget please see down below

Assembly 

• Wrap the shutter around the bottom case
• Optional: wrap a rubber band around the shutter to hold it in place
• Optional: add a few drops of silicone oil behind the shutter
• Align the top case with the shutter and bottom case
• Press firmly until the cases click together
• Optional: Use a clamp if cases don't click easily

The printer settings are your normal settings you do not need supports and it does best if you print it with .2 mm height not .4. .4 will still work just not as good.
