Strange for top layer. what filament you used?
you can adjust infill to 15-20% might help in your case.
As you can see photos, i printed using same profile and used Eryone White PLA.

works good and makes the whole train setup more colorful, but according to IKEA prices in Latvia, buying the tracks are cheaper than printing.
