I have improved on my base design and added a drawer that is removable. I know some people may enjoy the aesthetic appeal of the more simplistic and clean original, so I am making this a separate design.

Exchanging a bit of form for a lot of function, the new version of my A1 / A1 mini purge basket now has a removable drawer that allows easy dumping. The happy coincidence is this design also functions as a deflector, if you are printing a large model with lots of color swaps. This allows the drawer to be removed and a larger box to be positioned below.

I am loving my A1 mini, and I hope you get as much use out of this upgrade as I am.
