Most name tags available for 3D printing are both rigid and expose your name, address, phone number to prying eyes.
This may not be ideal and certainly not needed.

This two part tag printed in TPU needs no extra link and will keep your information hidden until it's actually needed for legitimate purpose.

Assembly will require to put some pressure while bending both parts. It's not very easy but you don't want it to come apart later.

I've found out that printing with slightly less than minimum temp for the filament gave sharper edges.
