In @jackharvest's model on Printables I had issues with the water leaking. I printed multiple times, one with the model facing the direction he suggested, one with it flipped the other direction to make for a smoother surface for the jar to interface with, but always ended up with water leaking. It was my thought that the water was flowing, as seen in the image below, with the water in blue and the jar sides in red.

I had the idea to put a funnel, of sorts, into the design so that the water would exit the adapter/mount below the top of the jar, preventing the water from flowing horizontally, it can, and I think it did. As seen below the water now drips and exits the adapter/mount below the top of the jar.

After hours of running, I no longer have any issues with leaks and thought I would provide my change to the community with a HUGE thanks to @jackharvest for taking the time to provide something like this.
