10 Series (1 inch) aluminum profile access hole drill jig. This is the two-hole version for creating 2 access holes to attach to 1020 (1x2) profile and is modeled off of the Tslots.com access hole jig: https://www.tslots.com/products/tools/access-hole-drill-jigs/

I used 13/64" inside-diameter, 13/32" outside-diameter drill bushings from McMaster (part #96511A711). I went with the 13/32 OD bushings because they were half the price of the others. The holes in this design were a bit too tight for the 13/32" and I had to heat the bushings to get them to go in. 1/2" OD may fit better or use the x-y hole compensation and add to it until you get a good fit. You'll also need an M6 screw and a t-nut to be able to securely attach the jig to the profile.

Printed with auto, snug supports to support the screw hole. You may be able to print without supports.
