Customisable hook and hanger system coded in OpenSCAD.
The design allows for multiple hooks, and varying all of the dimensions to suit your needs.
The base of the hook is large to try prevent any weeks pressure points.
While it's a pretty simple model, one interesting feature is that the edges of the hook are rounded. This is not as simple in OpenSCAD as it is in other CAD tools.
Options:
- Hook
- Hook_Width - Width of the hook
- Hook_Diameter - Inner distance of the hook
- Hook_MinWallThickness - Hook size at the tip
- Hook_Tip_radius - Tip radius (dafault = Hook_MinWallThickness/2)
- Hook_Round_Over - Edge round over, min is half Hook_MinWallThickness
- Multiple Hooks
- Hook_Count - Number of hooks
- Hook_Space - Space between the hooks
- Base Plate
- Base_Thickness - Thickness of the base
- Base_Border - Space around the hooks
