This is a remixed model of an RSA token and badge holder, originally made by xaviervilla over on Thingiverse. Shoutout to him for making a great model.
Like many, I do not have the pleasure of working for Lockheed, nor utilize their fancy badge gripper - but I loved the look and sleekness of the model, so I removed the LM logo, and made it so it can accept the standard, clear, button and plastic badge fastener such as so:
I also made a version of the model that can accept two cards in the slot, for anyone that has more than one that they carry around.
I have been printing this with Bambu Lab's black carbon fiber PLA, which gives it an awesome matte look, along with being light and strong - which is what you see in the photos.
Print specs / details:
There are some overhangs in the slot where the clip goes, as well as at the top of the RSA token slot. I didn't have issues printing those, but if you struggle with overhangs, you may want to use some minor supports in those areas.
In the future, I may make a version that can hold two RSA tokens, if there is a demand for that.
