Simple cover clip to prevent accidental broadcast of video. You've seen them in Zoom calls. The people who don't realize that their laptop camera is on and who can be seen rolling their eyes at the boss. Don't be that person. Easily keep your camera covered when you don't want video being broadcast.
This clip was made to fit a wide range of laptops with the camera at the top of the screen. It has been tested on a Dell Inspiron but should work for most laptops. Minimum screen thickness for it to stay on is 8 mm. Unlike many camera covers, it does not require any glue or other mounting material. The spring-loaded back clip holds it in place.
To use it, just slide it over the lip of the laptop screen so it covers the camera lens. If you want to use the camera, just slide it to the side. It will stay put so you don't lose it. Does not interfere with most laptop lids closing.
NOTE: Use at your own risk. While it is unlikely that it could damage your laptop, I can't be held responsible if it does .
