在我的 A1 封箱方案中,我设计了一个电缆卡扣,能够一次性打印成型,无需螺丝即可固定在 1515 或 2020 铝型材上,专用于 3D 打印过程中固定 PTFE 管。这个卡扣最多可以容纳 4 根电缆或 PTFE 管,并且能够根据电缆的受力方向自由旋转,减少 PTFE 管对 X 轴挤出机的应力。该模型能够 360 度旋转,并且可以向各个方向倾斜。

请在打印时注意方向。为了确保夹子和卡口的最佳尺寸公差,内部滚轮的打印方向可能会与内部滑槽有一定的粘连。打印完成后,只需稍微用力旋转即可解除粘连。

打印时请选择“支撑仅在打印板生成”选项。

 

In my A1 enclosure solution, I designed a cable clip that can be 3D printed in one piece and fixed onto 1515 or 2020 aluminum profiles without screws. It is specifically designed to secure PTFE tubes during 3D printing. This clip can hold up to 4 cables or PTFE tubes and can freely rotate according to the direction of force on the cables, reducing the stress on the X-axis extruder from the PTFE tubes. The model can rotate 360 degrees and tilt in various directions.

Please pay attention to the orientation during printing. To ensure optimal tolerance between the clip and the mount, the print direction of the internal rollers may cause some adhesion with the internal grooves. After printing, simply apply a bit of force to rotate and release the adhesion.

When printing, please select the "Supports: Touching Buildplate Only" option.
