Description
A model for the bike “Nilox DOC X1”.
It's a base stand shoe for this e-bike, if the original is broken. I printed this base for the bike stand with a harder TPU. So ein can this shoe slide it tightly onto the stand. No screw is needed. This bike stand shoe guarantees that the e-bike stands securely, even with luggage on the bike.
Due to the different TPU properties, I have a profile for Bambu Basic-PLA. Use TPU of your choice, for example with a Shore hardness level A 90 to 98 (e.g. Patona 5046).
Print with low speed at 30mm/s and a high printing temperature, e.g. >230°C.
If the printed model breaks too quickly, use a higher wall count >4.
