This small canister would be perfect for storing a mozzarella stick on your backpack or climbing harness for an easily accessible mid-send snack, if storing mozzarella sticks outside for long periods of time was a recommended activity.
Sadly, it's not.
Alternatively, I recommend keeping tool bits (Perfect for impact drills when routesetting in a climbing gym, for example, or working from a harness in the industrial world), chapsticks, batteries, dog treats, hydration packs, etc in these. Will work with pretty much any carabiner.
I have a 4" and 2.5" version attached. You'll need two small M3 x 6mm Socket head screws. Slide the lid on top and screw the M3s directly into the body through the slots. The top quarter of the slot will latch the M3 head to keep it in place once they're install. To open, pop the cap upwards and pivot it over to the side.
Can be printed with no supports as long as the cap is oriented upside down, sitting on the loop. I print with 4 walls, gyroid infill and slower speeds on the overhangs (30/10/10). Small canister takes about 2hrs, tall one will be 3hrs. PETG recommended for extended outdoor use.
Canister was designed by me, James Haigler, using Blender3D.
