I’m really sad because it’s a very nice size and printed beautifully… but you can’t tell it’s an elephant on the top ☹️

I can't tell exactly the cause. Is it that you were using a gradient for the base color that blended too closely to black? That's really interesting. It does look like a lovely print! :( You could try to reprint just the lid face down and make sure to select 2 colors that will contrast well. May need to double check your flushing volumes. It is a bit of a tough print with the fine details but I wasn't expecting to see an issue like that! Let me know if it's something with the model and I can look into updating it.

lid really needs to be printed bottom up, picture on top gets squashed when printed top down

that was actually intentional so that it creates a smooth lid. it is a common method for multicolor designs. that is how the one in the image was printed! Multicolor is required for it to work correctly. hope that helps

I had the same issue as the other poster. lid prints with top down, which obliterated all the features. going to try to print from PC and invert the lid.
